Asset Tracker Electron keeps blinking blue (listening mode)

I reprogram it by CLI, finishes with success, shows white, then goes to listening mode (flashing blue).

My other Electron downloads same firmware same way by CLI ok.
When I did safe mode (reset & mode, mode only, magenta, release mode) same problem: blinking blue

Any ideas?

Are you using a 3rd party SIM, have you entered the correct connection info, is the SIM installed properly…?

SIM came with Particle Asset Tracker kit.
It used to work ok.
I will try re-seating… Yay! fixed it.
