Asset Tracker Issue

Hello everyone, I am having an issue with the Asset tracker that others seem to have had (but I have not seen a solution. When I put either of my Electrons on the Asset tracker the Electron will not connect to the cloud and either flashes green or cyan. This happens regardless of the program I have running on the electron, I have tried both the GPS example and the web connected LED. Both have been check when not collected to the asset tracker and both run fine.

I have made sure it is connected correctly on the asset tracker, I have made sure there is enough power.
Does anyone have any idea what is going on and how to fix this?

Hi @stevefromNewcastle,

Make sure your antenna is properly connected directly to the electron, that you have enough power, and that there aren’t any short-circuits or something drawing so much power as to prevent the electron from connecting. Try running tinker on your electron and see if that changes the behavior, etc.
