After ownership verification fail

At the end of photon connection procedure after the ownership verify I always get LED breathing cyan but the photon do not connect and the android phone says “…a server issue may have occurred - please contact support”.
On the same phone I can manage normally a couple of other photon on same wifi network.

Can you check whether the device is already linked to your account in
If not, you can claim the device there too - you just need the device ID and add the device.
