There is currently no support for static IP addressing on Gen 3 devices. This includes Argon Wi-Fi, and either the Argon or Boron in the Ethernet FeatherWing.
It’s on a list of possible features, but it is not committed to, or scheduled for implementation, and is unlikely to be implemented in the near future.
