Will there be Native App support for WPA2 Enterprise?

I’ve seen in the recent V1.0.0 firmware release that [Photon/P1] Enables support for SHA384/SHA512 certificates for WPA2 Enterprise V1.0.0 Device OS Release.

I’m wondering if there will soon be native app support to setup up a P1 with WPA2 Enterprise Wifi?

What do you mean by “native app support”? You can configure WPA2 Enterprise today with the CLI tool. Instructions are here.

If you’re talking about the mobile app, configuring a device with that for WPA2 E is probably not going to be implemented.
