When will v6.3.4 be avalible on vscode extension?
It was updated on October 1. It is a preview release, so make sure you've enabled pre-release versions.
There was also an issue with a release of VSCode over the weekend that prevented a number of extensions including Particle Workbench Core from updating. If you have a VSCode update pending, update that first. Then make sure you don't have a Workbench update pending.
The Workbench extension isn't compatible with Cursor at this time.
