What exact UTC time do SIM usage statistics reset for the new month?

Our Particle usage stats at the SIM API level reset monthly on the 1st. Does anyone know exactly what UTC time this reset occurs?

Answer from Support: “The billing system resets at 00:00, Pacific time. That would be 8:00 am UTC.” Good to know.
