What does Breathing Green with the Spark/Particle Core mean?

I have been working over the past several days trying to get the Core interface with the Arduino Uno (using Serial). When ever I start up my Core, it flashes Green like normal (connecting to the internet) then it begins to breath Cyan for several seconds then it goes to Breathing Green. I have researched into it, and I can’t seem to find if out what that means. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Mostly due to blocking code.

Other people seeing this had already posted in the past

had a Core which was working in the field successfully for over a year. It’s suddenly started breathing green. I suspect some sort of keys issue.

It’s showing as having a recent handshake on the dashboard

hmmm

It ALWAYS says ! “This device is not claimed to your Particle account.” whether the device is or isn’t claimed (as in, there’s a bug) so that doesn’t worry me but I don’t think I’ve ever had this problem before
