I'm missing all the webhooks I've created. Looks like there were deleted and not by me. Is there a recover them?
Can you DM @Support with your user ID?
Same here. I believe I had multiple webhooks set up but the one I was actively using stopped working at Wed Jul 31 2024 18:29:11 GMT. At that point I had not logged in to the console or done anything relating to my Particle project in over a month. When I did log in today, I saw a redesigned UI and was unable to find any trace of my existing webhooks.
You don't have any product integrations in your account, but you do have integrations at the top level of your sandbox still. Were you looking at the integrations within your products, or at the top level of your account (sandbox)? Were you expecting to have product integrations or sandbox integrations?
Thanks for the clarification! I had forgotten that there was such a top level in which integrations could exist, and the UI does not make it obvious that it exists or how to get to it. I am now able to see the integrations I expected to see, although they are still not getting triggered and I'm not sure why. I manually duplicated the most important integration on the product level and it does seem to work there.
Was there a change to the top-level integration functionality, perhaps to make it so that top-level integrations are now restricted to devices which are not assigned to a product? I'm still not happy that my prototype product stopped working due to a change in the cloud service, and that I had no warning that this change was coming.
There should not have been any cloud changes that would have affected that. However, sandbox integrations only trigger for devices claimed to the sandbox user, so if you switched from using claimed to unclaimed devices, the sandbox integration would have stop working.
We recommend using product (or organization) integrations, not sandbox integrations, and also using unclaimed product devices, except during development.
There is a possibility that some integrations did not restart after the brief outage last week. This is being investigated right now.
Thanks for the clarification, those are helpful tips. Thanks for looking into the outage as well. From my point of view I know that I didn't log in to the particle console at all or upload new device firmware, so the change that occurred was not due to any actions on my part. From now on I will try to use only product integrations and I'm hopeful that I won't have any more problems.
Hi @waterproof!
The engineering team applied a fix for the integration worker. This issue is related to the incident on Jul 31. Some integrations did not restart after the issue was fixed. The team is working on measures to prevent it from happening again.
Your integrations should be working at any time now. Please let us know if you keep having issues with them, so we can take a deeper look.
