USB on a custom pcb board

I’m looking to create a custom PCB board where I can mount the Boron LTE onto it. Is it possible to replicate the Boron’s USB port on the custom PCB board? If so, where should the D-, D+, and ID pins from the USB port be connected to on the Boron.

The Boron does not offer any place to connect an alternative USB port.
