Usb audio doesn't work need kernel 6.5

Hi, I’m frustrated with this device!

i’m trying to use it as a bluetooth receive for my high end speakers.
but after research i find out installing linux-generic-hwe-20.04 breaks the device.
but also

  1. The MOTU M6 requires kernel ≥6.5 for USB Audio 2.0 support.
  2. Tachyon’s current Particle kernel is 5.4.x, so Linux can see it but can’t stream audio.
  3. To get it working, you need either:

    1. Wait for Particle to release a newer kernel with USB Audio 2.0 support, or

    2. Build a custom 6.5+ ARM64 kernel for Tachyon with their device tree and drivers.

so can someone bring the new kernel with proper usb support please
