Uploading new firmware over USB/Particle CLI for particle photon

hi,

everytime i will try to flash my photon over air, now im trying to flash my photon over usb in particle CLI but i don’t know what type of file needs to be uploaded and what command needs to use

what are the steps for uploading a new firmware over CLI/USB step by step
