Unable to remove device

While attempting to remove a device I entered the following command into the CLI after logging in

Bills:manufacturing admin$ particle device remove 28003c000347343232363230

? Are you sure you want to release ownership of this device? Yes

releasing device 28003c000347343232363230

Didn’t remove the device: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND api.particle.io api.particle.io:443
