Tracker ONE523 not able to connect with cellular in Taiwan

Both of the carriers (Chunghwa, FarEasTone) supported by ONE523 are available in the region where we have the trackerOne is, however it's not able to connect with the cloud. Can someone suggest how to debug this issue remotely ?


Can you post here the cloud debug logs so we can take a look at what's going on?

Thats a difficult scenario. Unfortunately there is only so much we can do if we cannot reach it remotely. It could be a case of firmware blocking the device from connecting to the cloud or hardware failure.
