I'm trying to flash the sample firmware to the device but having some issues. I'm trying to do the function-variable.ino and it shows error "reference to 'power' is ambiguous. Do you know what could be going wrong?

Do you have a link to the source you are trying to build?
Also, Tracker is different than other devices. You should start from Tracker Edge and modify that instead of running examples for other devices, because if you start with a blank sample your device will lose all of the Tracker-specific features until you put the Tracker Edge firmware back.
