System won't allow me to add my P2 device

Hello!

I'm trying to activate my P2 device and am getting errors upon configuration. I'm the sole account owner and have full auth, but the platform is saying I can't add my device to a product because I don't have permission. And then when I try to create a new product, the system is saying to contact support. Any help?


Can you DM me the DeviceID please?
