Sparkcore slowly breathing white

Troubleshooting

After a factory reset the led is slowly flashing white.
Resetting again, all is normal up untli the mode button is released and the LED should flash blue, but slowly flashes white instead.

Was it working before? Breathing white indicates that the core is having difficulty communicating with the CC3000 module.:smiley:

for the reply
It would enter the blue flashing mode and allow me to set the SSID etc
and would flash green, but not connect. It is a brand new device.

i can reset so it blinks green then

Try performing a factory reset again and let it sit awhile if it still breathes white.

Still breathing white after an hour.
Looks like I have an expensive flashing LED.
Promised so much.

Hey @Terry,

We can get it replaced as it seems like the core ended up defective during the shipping journey.

Every single core that is manufactured undergoes full testing and certified passed before ending up in inventory.

@tavares and @will need you guys to assist on this!
