We had some issues with spark keys doctor recently but i’m surprised that spark keys load keys.der didn’t work for you…

BTW, what are you trying to resolve? I hope it’s fixed? You can email your public_keys file to @Dave (david@spark.io) for a manual update for now along with your core id…

Is possible to send all command ( key load and key send ) with dfu-util ?

I have my spark last 7 days , it never work. I crying the night !! lol

it will be helpful if you tell us the problem you are facing? Like what is the RGB LED status? Is is flashing yellow?

You can run spark keys send via Spark-cli. It’s not a DFU-util thing but a command to send to the server.

I can’t tell from all that you mentioned to determine the problem :wink:

and

I have always flashing cyan !

I added the key right away, and then realized I was still pointed at the staging environment from my dev work yesterday :frowning: – so that 5 minute delay was me!

Good day to you. I tried the suggestion you gave

spark keys new test1
spark keys load test1.der
spark keys send 54ff6f066672524845300167 test1.pub.pem

But I’m still having the same set of problem as the OP.

Everything was a success but the core still does not connect to the wifi.

oh @Dave, that is because I have 2 different core facing 2 different issues.

1 is an existing core that keeps flashing green to red

another is a new core that keep flashing green.

Sorry for the misunderstanding, if you think I’m spamming.
