Solid magenta after factory reset[SOLVED]

Hello,

I’m having a solid magenta. Even after doing a factory reset and configuring the wifi again, the Spark Core directly goes to solid magenta after connecting to wifi. Any idea?

I’ve tried another power source (1amp) and another access point. Still no luck :frowning:

It sounds like your core is trying to do a factory update after connecting to the cloud, but it’s having a hard time. Try updating the firmware locally by following these steps:
