I'm designing a M-SoM breakout board and want to include an SMD antenna rather than an external antenna on the PCB.
What I need to know is what pins are used for cellular antenna and what pins are used for the GNSS antenna?

The antennas for the M-SoM are not present on the M.2 connector. They're only available on the U.FL connectors on the SoM itself.
If I were putting an active GNSS antenna on my carrier board I would put a U.FL connector on the carrier board and use a short off-the-shelf U.FL to U.FL pigtail to connect the two.
