If you build locally it has been available for some time but the web IDE build environment needs changes as well to build it. As @mdma said, they are coming soon!

Sorry, we have a big update for the build farm coming which will include Serial2 in the build makefile, we’ll announce it when we release it at the end of this sprint, next week.

In the meantime, could somebody please update the spark core firmware docs? It’s wrong at the moment.
Richard, it’s open source - feel free to submit a pull request if you see where there’s room for improvement in the docs.
So what pins will be associated with Serial2? Will we be able leverage the one wire support mentioned here on Serial2 and keep the debugging output on Serial1?
OK. Done that. Hope I did it right since it’s the first time I have done a pull request and it’s rather bewildering.
