I am working on a little project with the photon to do some data logging as a wearable on my 3 month old baby. But I did see a mention in the forum, link below, that the photon is not certified as a wearable.
What exactly does that mean? Given that it's FCC cert is that only relating to the radio? If I were wearing this myself I wouldn't be concerned but for a baby I think it bears extra scrutiny. If anyone thinks there could be any safety concerns please let me know. Electrically the photon will be isolated from the body.
@Mudmucker, Particleās certifications are NOT for wearables, meaning the device cannot be closer than a certain distance from the body. You will need to read the actual certification document.
