Relay Shield does not fit with electron [SOLVED - it does (sort of)]

hi, just received my relay shield today but noticed it does not connect with electron. Is this feature going to be added in the future.

If you don’t mind the excess pins hanging over the edge, I think it should work.

However, ControlEverything has a whole line of signal, regular, high current and solid state relays designed to fit the Electron.

Hey @benjiiiiuk – like Rick said, the top 12 pins on each side of the Electron are compatible with the pins on the Photon, so you can still use the relay shield with the bottom 6 pins on each side hanging off the end.

I’ve successfully used the relay shield with my electron, it does hang over, but everything works fine.
