I’m trying to upload a second version of my firmware for a product using the Firmware Upload screen.
My Product ID and Product Version match what is reflected in my Firmware, but it fails on submit:
I fixed my own problem.
I didn’t have any Photon devices left in my build.particle.com, all Photons had been moved over to my product area.
In order to write Photon firmware you need to 
a Photon device before Compiling and Downloading Firmware. That solved it!
