I’ve just noticed that one of my Xenons has a QR Code label on it, with the word “Argon” on it… I have it set up and it’s all working, so I assume the QR codes aren’t aligned with mesh device models?
That’s not a normal situation. If they’re working, then it’s probably fine.
But if you wouldn’t mind, taking a picture of the device (with the data matrix code and label clearly visible) and submitting it as a support request it would be appreciated for quality assurance purposes.
No problem, I’ll take some photos and submit them to Support.
