Since the topic is closed, I wanted to say something.
As a Client it is frustrating to get delays… But it is greatly encouraging to find a company as open and straight shooter as Particle. I just wanted to say that as much as I want my parts delivered, I appreciate the openness and the fact that you withheld production and orders to satisfy quality.
Keep up the good work and please never stop being open about issues. Makes me feel part of the team, and speaks greatly of the people behind the product.
Learn the lesson, and get me those photons I ordered ASAP 
My only regret is that I only ordered 3! Wish I had ordered 6 in pre order so I didn’t have to wait
