My photon Particle Serial stop working. I accidentally put the device on SYSTEM_MODE(MANUAL); and now I cant reset via serial.
Is there any other way to restore the photon to factory reset?
would you be able to switch it to safe mode?

I used to be able to access that device via particle serial. Looks like hardware is damaged now?
It’s a possiblity, but It’s hard to tell from far.
It could also be drivers on your computer’s os, the usb cable, etc etc
