Particle Workbench: Problems when Workbech\VS-CODE is updated

Does anyone else have issues with workbench after a update? When I try to compile a project, make cannot find toolchains\deviceOS\0.9.0\firmware-0.9.0\main anymore.

Sometimes \main is actually gone? I then need to do a Particle: Uninstall Local Compiler toolchain and then re-install it.
