Particle Tracker One Stuck in Connecting to Cloud

Is there anything more that can be done for a tracker one that cannot connect to the cloud? It is blinking green for over a week. Have tried network and factory reset.

Make sure the SIM card is activated in the console. It should be in the same product as the Tracker One device.

Make sure it's the correct model. For example, the ONE402 cannot be used outside of the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
