Particle sent my photon to wrong adress

I am not sure where else to post this as I have not gotten a reply from particle support team. I have also tried twitter. My order was sent to Gilroy California, when it should be sent to Toronto Canada. How can I reach the support team?


Hey, @atiquechowdhury. Normally support is really good and quick about this. Email with your order number or email or some other identifying information and they’ll be able to help you out. With it being a holiday in the US and all, replies may be slow.
