Particle sent my photon to wrong adress

I am not sure where else to post this as I have not gotten a reply from particle support team. I have also tried twitter. My order was sent to Gilroy California, when it should be sent to Toronto Canada. How can I reach the support team?

Hey, @atiquechowdhury. Normally support is really good and quick about this. Email hello@particle.io with your order number or email or some other identifying information and they’ll be able to help you out. With it being a holiday in the US and all, replies may be slow.
