particle is blinking orange ,cyan and green.
in CLI I configure it I tried to fix it in many ways, since it guided me from the Particle guide. but I couldn’t fix it.
i tried with:
-particle keys doctor
-particle device doctor
-particle keys server
-particle usb reset

Do you have more than one Photon? The Photon that is in your account is in a weird state. It actually has valid device keys but I think it’s trying to flash invalid product firmware to itself, and that’s why it’s continuously rebooting. I’m not sure why that’s happening, but since you didn’t mention doing this, give this a try:
In DFU mode (blinking yellow):
particle flash --usb tinker
