Particle Electrons flashing continuous blue

Hi,
I have two particle electrons which are behaving in the same way as described below (for firmware versions 0.6.0 & 0.6.1).

Observation steps:

  1. Device flashing continuous blue with USB and battery power supply connected.
  2. When USB is removed the device still flashes continuous blue, if reset button is clicked the device goes into flashing continuous green.
  3. When I plug the usb back into the device, it goes into flashing continuous blue.

Please suggest how I could resolve this ?

PS: I have ensured that, Antenna, SIM & battery are connected properly.

But what kind of USB supply are you using?
Have tried another cable?
