Order in which wi-fi networks are attempted

If I have multiple wi-fi network credentials in my Argon, in what order will they be attempted? I’d like it to try my iPhone’s hotspot first, and then if it fails, fall back on our university’s network, since the latter seems to be a bit flakey.

On the Argon, when a connection is attempted, a Wi-Fi scan is done. The list of networks that are visible is sorted by RSSI.

Then, each SSID is compared against configured SSIDs. If there’s a match, a connection is attempted.
