So there’s no submenu listing for the CLI guide under the “Tools and Features” menu on the left side in the Guide section of the website.
This is extremely annoying, and it was by sheer luck that I even knew it existed. Here is the CLI guide URL:

Not when you are at the URL that I posted above:

notice that “Command Line” should be in the menu between the Dashboard and IFTTT menu items
