MSOM Breakout Board order issues

I tired to order an M-SOM Breakout Board but the systems says the product cannot be shipped to my address. Since I have previously shipped devices to my address does this indicate that the breakout boards cannot be shipped to Australia?

What are the dimensions of the breakout board?
