I don’t know if this is related to the recent move to Particle.io, but I lost all my latest code changes. What I have now is the code of 4-5 days ago. Any idea?
Could you log out, and REALLY REALLY carefully check your credentials. It’s fairly easy to mistakenly create a new account, thus showing you other information than you’re expecting.
I saw it in the forum, so I double checked. At the same time if I mistakenly create a new account, I assume it will be empty and not with any of my app.
I think we should ping @dave on this one, since he’ll be able to check. Let’s see what he has to say. (He’s rather busy right now, so it might take a bit)
Hi @Roge,
Sometimes when editing in the IDE, if you have multiple tabs open it’s easy to accidentally overwrite your app in another tab. If you want to send me the name of your app, and if possible some snippet from your app that you’re sure was there before it was overwritten, and as close to the exact time you made those changes as possible I can try to rescue the code. We’ll be pretty crazy busy for the next few days with Maker Faire, but I can dig into the database next week and try to find an old version of it.
Thanks!
David
Hi @Dave,
Thanks for getting back to me so promptly. Don’t worry about it, I’ll fix it myself. It’ll be faster.
Roge
