Logic data ops precisions

Hi,
Since learning that device ledger syncs do not count as data ops, I wonder:

Do Logic function runs count as data ops today?

Logic does not use data operations. Things that run entirely on the cloud side, like logic and webhooks, are not counted for data operations.

Additionally, when logic calls a webhook, it not only does not count as data operations, but the payload is limited to 100K bytes, not 1K or 16K.
