Hello! Help! I just broke out my RC car kit and I assembled everything. I believe that the DFRobot L298P Motor Shield is defective. It doesn’t respond to power when connecting the battery pack to the PWRIN. I’ve successfully powered both the core and the SHIELD shield by connecting the battery pack to the +vin and GND, bypassing the L298P shield. When connecting power to the L298P shield alone, nothing happens. Again, I believe the L298P shield is broken. Is it possible to exchange for a working replacement? Any other suggestions to try to get this shield to working or to verify it’s functioning?
