Is it possible to broadcast SSID as if the core would be an AP and log someone that tries to connect to it?

Has anyone tried that? I don’t need it to be a functional AP but only to broadcast the SSID (logging the connections isn’t as important)

Hi @Abador,

Good question! Unfortunately the CC3000 isn’t able to act like an access point (soft AP), which would be required for this.
