I have an old Boron I would like to use again

I have an older device, and I did have to reactive it. I did that on the site and waited for the site to update and then plugged the Boron back in again. All I get is a fast blinking green. I have tried updating it via the CLI, and I have flashed it via the website to both older and newer version and still just get the fast blinking green led. I tried the doctor tool as well, and it looks like from the out put it says "ERROR: No response from NCP" This is after a string of "[ncp.at] TRACE: > AT" Does anyone have an idea what is going on and/or if I can get this device back online again?

Thank you

Also because I see other post ask for it.

Hi and welcome to the community!
I think the first step is to double check is getting enough power.
If it is a 3G boron, you might need its battery be connected.
Otherwise, check if your power supply is able to provide 1 amp or more at 5v.

Another check: is the SIM card active?

Best,
Gustavo.

I have also added a battery just to check and still just getting the green blinks.

ok, can you DM your device ID to @Support ?
They might be able to help.
Cheers

That log is typical of TAN001 or TAN004 happening to your device and unfortunately it is almost certainly no longer usable or recoverable now.
