I have 3 B Series chips that refuse to connect to the cloud.
They have been connected before, all three successfully breathed cyan and they appeared on the database in particle.console. Then within 24 hours all three disconnected and now refuse to reconnect. Whats odd, is that I have about 10 B Series that are currently connected to the cloud and they run great. But these three won’t.
Here is the result of particle serial connect for one of them (a B402 BSeries):

I have put it back into listening mode and was able to successfully connect via the Particle App on my phone. That all looked great. But, then it just goes back to endlessly, forever, forevermore … blinking green.
I ran particle update while it was in DFU mode. Seemed to do its thing just fine. Still just blinking green.
I ran particle device doctor while in DFU mode. I get this error:
The Doctor didn’t complete successfully. Error writing firmware: file does not exist and no known app found. tried: doctor
Still blinking green…
At this point should I assume the device hardware is faulty? Are there any other tricks up your sleeve of how to revive these?
