How to determine # of publishes used of the free 100,000 tier

it shows 0 of 100,000 on my consoel but i have used at least 25k publishes

Does it eventually update? The console may not update until you refresh the page the next day.

This is probably not your situation, but if you have a basic or enterprise organization and the data operations occur in an organization product, then the data operations accumulate to the organization billing and do not show up in your sandbox billing page.

shows data usage not publish #

Data operations is the count of all publish or subscribed events, function calls, and variable requests. It's not broken down separately between these, as they are all billed the same.

Right, sorry. Does it show this data operation number anywhere for the current billing period?

So you're saying that the data operations number in the billing panel is still 0 a day after you've published data, but cellular data is increasing?

What is the device ID that you are publishing from and what day did you do the publishing? You can send it in a direct message if you prefer.

And the publishes are definitely going out - you can see them in the event log in the console when you send them, correct? (The event log doesn't show historical events, but it will show them live.)

in that section it shows zero data and zero data operation but i am 100% sure the publishes are being sent as i can graph them on my front end and see them in the events tab ( i publish once every 4 seconds so there is alot of them)

i think it is because my role in the team is developer and not admin or something

If you in an enterprise or growth organization and the device is in an organization product, the events and cellular data only accumulate to the organization billing page, which you can only see if you are an administrator.
