Help, Core won't connect or even flash blue

I have had my Core running since the Kickstarter and recently we had a prolonged wifi outage. When it came back the core would no longer connect.

I tried a factory reset but it doesn’t flash blue after. I tried flashing the firmware over USB, which worked, I did the factory reset and it still doesn’t flash blue.
Its just doing a fast pulse that looks mostly white but with a green/cyan tint?

@Pyrofer, could the wifi credentials have changed on the router/AP?

No. The credentials are the same. The core isn’t ever going into the flashing blue mode. The Core app on my phone can’t see it or configure it.
