Frtizing Parts for Argon, Boron, and Xenon

I created Fritzing parts for the Argon, Boron, and Xenon. I based them off the Adafruit feather and some SVG files on Particle’s github.

I haven’t made Fritzing parts so let me know if you have any comments.

Peace,
Rob

No problem! I’m glad they’re helpful!

Good Work @rob7

Question, are the holes large enough? I recently took someones advice and used a featherwing as my template and ended up with a board that I had to soldier headers to because the holes were too small.

Thanks!

That is an excellent question, and I’m afraid I don’t know. For these parts, I used the feather as a starting place and then basically modified the breadboard and schematic files, but the PCB layout was unchanged from the feather one.

My need for these was for the breadboard so I haven’t tested the hole size. I’m sorry I can’t give you a better answer. If you do test it, please let me know.

Also it they need correction, these are on GitHub so if anyone is wants to help correct them, please let me know.

Thanks!

Update: I fixed an issue with the image for each of the parts. The part was slightly too big and didn’t align with a breadboard.

I’m running 0.9.3. I downloaded the zip file and opened it. I then opened the file containing all of the devices. However, I don’t see a menu option for Save Bin to save them to my Fritzing library.

Save bin should be on the right side where the parts appear when you click the dropdown arrow.
