Fleet OTA update DeviceOS from 1.5.1 to 4.2.0

Hi there @Support ,

are there any special considerations if one wants to OTA update a fleet of Borons from 1.5.1 into 4.2.0?
Any in-between updates that must be done, or the devices can go from 1.5.1 to 4.2.0 without issues?

OTA? When upgrading OTA all upgrade combinations should work because the cloud will insert a required update automatically if necessary.

For each new Device OS release, a number of versions from 1.4.2 and later are tested for OTA upgrade. 1.5.1 is one of the tested versions and passed upgrade to 4.2.0.

I want to add that the transition beyond 3.1.0 doubles the binary size, so while it's not risky, it just takes longer than you'd expect from previous versions.
