Electron Particle Not Billing - Stopped Uploading

Hi Everyone,

I have an Electron Particle used for uploading soil moisture data every 2 hours to Ubidots. I’ve had it for 3 months and its been running perfectly. As I’ve reached the end of the first 3 months, I now need to start paying for the service. I have been receiving invoices via email for $0, but have not received anything this month. There is a credit card attached to the account which has not been billed. Exactly 3 months from activating the SIM card, the service has been cut and data has stopped uploading to Ubidots.
I have run the diagnostic test on the Particle website and got: ‘Celular Network - Outdated session data. The cellular session was reported as inactive, but your device was responsive to the Device Cloud. This discrepancy is likely due to latency in session data reported by cellular carriers, which causes these tests to temporarily become out-of-sync. This issue normally resolves itself within a few minutes.’ Everything else in the diagnostic test came back as healthy.
It has never reached the data usage limit or been paused. I assumed the credit card would be billed automatically each month. I have also updated the credit card details incase they were incorrect but have still had no change. Has anybody had this issue before or have any suggestions on how to fix it?
