What version of DTLS is currently being used on over the cellular connection these days?

Asking for a friend… who has to fill out detail in an RFP on a product using Electrons.

Yes, DTLS 1.2 is used on UDP devices, including the Electron, E Series, Argon, Boron, and Xenon (Gen 3).
