We are hosting .bin files for our BoronLTE’s on our server.
How do we have the BoronLTE’s download and flash .bin (init.bin) files?

That is theoretically possible but not recommended. There is already a built-in facility for flashing binaries to devices over-the-air within the Particle cloud. Even if you were able to flash a firmware binary using HTTP, it would not be secure, and you’d never be able to upgrade Device OS since there would be no way to upgrade the system binaries.

I guess a better question would be is there code equivalent of particle-cli command:
particle flash --usb init.bin
