Hello,
I have two particle photon devices. I successfully configure one. But the second cause big problems. I install and configure my own cloud server and try to configure the second photon on it. To be honest it’s a failed. Now I want to the configure the photon on my particle cloud account. I reset the device but when I start the install wizard a message tell me that this device is configuring with another user. The process continue until the last configuration step. Then I have a message that tell me it’s can not configure my device on the cloud.
Could someone help me ?
Julien

Did you load the particle cloud public keys back to the photon?
