Cant get my photons to connect to the cloud

Hi guys!

At a hackaton trying to build som cool stuff using photons. But we're have problems connecting the photons to the cloud. After getting the correct wifi credential working all three photons end upp blinking cyan and then sometimes three orange/red flashes. Been trying to fixit by following this thread:

For green blinking, followed by cyan blinking, then red/orange blinks you should do both of these with the Photon/Electron in DFU mode (blinking yellow): particle keys doctor <deviceid> particle keys server It’s possible for a corrupted server key to cause the problem as well as a problem with device keys; the particle keys server command with no additional parameters will reset the server key for your device.

But no luck. All three keep having the same problem. Is this a general problem? Or is it just us?

Does it work with other wifi hotspot?

No. We’ve tried with two different phone hotspots and the local wifi network here

Weird… Can you post a video? Or try changing the keys again
